I am excited for another great year! I am very much looking forward to meeting all the new 6th graders. 6th grade will present many opportunities to learn and grow. This year students can look forward to learning about ancient civilizations in social studies and in science students will be learning about everything from stars to earth’s biomes to Newton’s laws. Weekly students can look forward to interesting projects, activities, and/or games. One major activity that happens in social studies is that students get to use VR goggles to virtually visit ancient sites. One our big projects in science will be doing an egg drop to observe Newton’s laws. I know that this will be a great year. -God Bless.
