The Extended Care Program is administered through St. Pius X / St. Leo School. We offer before and/or after school care for students who are presently enrolled, from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with 15:1 student to staff ratio.

Home base for the program is the school cafeteria, with indoor and outdoor games, crafts, and other activities. Students can also choose to work on homework in a quiet study area. A nutritious snack and drink are served to all children who attend after school care.

Cost for 2024-25 school year

A.M. – $6.00 per child per day
P.M. – $10.00 per child per day

Registration Fee – Non-refundable registration fee of $35 per child or $100 maximum per family
Early Dismissal Days – $25 per child with last pick up at 5:00 P.M.

Cost for 2023-24 school year
A.M. – $5.00 per child per day
P.M. – $10.00 per child per day

Registration Fee – Non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child or $75 maximum per family
Early Dismissal Days – $20 per child (3rd child is $10) with last pick up at 5:00 P.M.
Late Calendar Fee – $5 per school day past the due date
Late Pick Up Fee – $1 per child per minute past 6:00 P.M.
Snow Days – Non-refundable
Families with 3 or more children in Extended Care are charged half price for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. child.

3:25 – 6:00 P.M.

Notes
During program hours you may contact the staff at 531-721-5465. Our program begins on the first day of school. We are not open on snow days.
