Welcome to St. Pius X / St. Leo School! It is with great joy and feelings of gratitude that I am greeting you as you look over our school’s website. I hope that our website gives you a feeling of diversity within our school and throughout our entire school community. We feel so honored to be able to say that our school community is made up of many diverse people with their different gifts and talents. Our diversity includes varying intellectual abilities from students who struggle academically to those who are on the gifted spectrum and every level in-between; outstanding talents for the arts and music, sports, literature, writing, math, science, etc.; many racial and ethnic varieties of people; and varying religious affiliations but with the overwhelming majority of our students being Catholic since we are a two-parish Catholic elementary school.
Being the principal of St. Pius X / St. Leo School for many years, I know that we are blessed in so many ways. We are blessed because we are a two-parish Catholic school who receives support and help from both parishes. We are blessed because we have awesome teachers and teacher assistants who model God’s love to our children, and who help our students to learn within their academic abilities. We are blessed because we have parents and parishioners who surround our school with strength and care. We are blessed because we have many benefactors who support us financially. Their assistance adds to the tuition help from the parents so that we can effectively manage the business end of our school. Please see the many areas of our website which confirm my beliefs about our school.
